The Pajaronian is a newspaper in Watsonville CA.
That is NOT in Monterey County. It is in Santa Cruz County just across the line. Church lives within a few miles of that border, but does it make sense that the ONLY candidacy announcment that can be found today via google was posted in an small newspaper in another county? A little "odd' right?
There are other concerns shared at the bottom of this page of larger interest and concern simultaneously.
x inside circle is approximate location of his home. The star is the county line. the W is the location of the paper.
The area he was running for is in the red circle and approximate locatio nof his home is the red pin.
South of that is the county seat in Monterey where there are several newspapers that would have mad
" Church owns and manages Church Christmas Tree Farms." -- how big of a business is that really?
" He is the founder of Pacific Coast Soils" - and where can we find out info about that? What is that? There is no website for that?
"He's married to Journalist Kathryn McKenzie" . HUMM. What kind of journalist is she?
The Pajaronian News Organization is located at 21 Brennan Ste, ste 14 Watsonville CA 95076.
If I told you that Glenn Church, via a Real Estate Investing Partnership may own 21 Brennen St Ste 16 and possibly others in that building -- possibly unit 14 as well - and somehow he forgot to include that on his SEI 700 form for the first year, and then failed to identify it on his county filed form with clarity in his 2nd year, but did so in his state form, would that concern you?
What if I told you his wife had written 1000's of newspaper articles in her career?
A press release is a press release. Anyone can send one out and it can be run by anyone. Even if Church or his wife actually OWNED the Pajaronian -- which we do not believe is the case now -- should a disclosure have been made with the article? Probably not.
HOWEVER...
HOWEVER, should he have disclosed he was a commercial real property owner during his campaign? Yes.
Did he have to disclose he was a commercial real property owner on his SEI 700 form? YES.
Did he? NO. Not in 2022. Not in his amended 2022 filing. Not on his filing to the county in 2023 (which was supposed to be the same as his state filing). He did however finally cough up the hair ball to the state on his 2023 filing.
Why did Glenn Church fail to disclose ownership interest in a 1 MILLION DOLLAR + property on Brennan St (and or Brennon St and others) until about 14 months after his inauguration?
As a professional writer, he can not claim he is illiterate and couldn't read the form or the attestation.
If he were to claim it was just an "oversight" -- can that remotely be accepted in liu of Perjury and Fraud?
And speaking of the Perjury Attesation, what does that look like on this document?
Odd. Why is the state redacting the contact informatoin and signature on a public document?
Indeed this is all getting extremly odd indeed...
Welcome to Califraudia.
Seeming to be a real life, modern day Cali-khazaria for sure.
