Glenn Church is/was a partner in 12M+ in real estate related to 6 properties and 45+ commercial leases, 5 Antique Mall Condos and at least 5 other known properties.

In January 1995 the Pajaro River flooded.
From December 26-27, 1995, seven LLC's were formed by Members of the McKenzie, Burgstrom and Kramer families along with others.
The McKenzie related LLCs did not appear on any of Church's disclosue documents until the 2024 state filing, even though they were in the McKenzie family since the 1990s.
"McMac" was disclosed by Church in 2024 but not properly as an LLC. A schedule of real estate was provided on the state form that helped identify the property. "McMac LLC" can be thought of as of now as the "master LLC" for the McKenzie family. According to public record, it seems to hold 12M+ in real estate with 45+ commercial leases -- and that is the real estate disclosed and attributed to it in 2024 on the state form (NOTE the lease count and large leases that may or may not exist were not disclosed)
"Freedom Associates" was disclosed by Church in 2024 as if it was a "REIT" (Real Estate Investment Trust) or something related to real estate but that did not own real estate given none was listed.
"Lee Road Rand LLC" has never been disclosed by Church. Lee Road Ranch ownership is 50% "McMac LLC" and 50% "Famco LLC". Famco LLC is owned by people who are Licensed Real Estate Brokers and at this time it's not believed that any property is directly held by Famco LLC. Thus, Famco LLC represents a direct partnership with Real Estate Brokers, but only a deep dive into LLC ownership records revealed it's existence.
The other 4 LLCs listed were formed at the same time and may or may not tie back to McKenzie currently via the Kelly Davis Real Estate Group, and previously via BKI ( Burgstrom Kramer -- two real estate brokers).
With this setup above, Church has over 50 direct commercial connections via Lease and/or LLC that were never disclosed and potential for far more given the Lee Road Ranch LLC partnership with Brokers -- who may be dealing with other Brokers around the state. It's impossible to know what interests Church may have been serving in water, sanitation, land or any other legislation in county and multi-county dealings.
3/9/2017 - Church appointed as alternate board member at SVBGSA (groundwater sustainability agency).
3/23/2017 - Church signs Form 700 discloses only antique business with McKenzie—no real estate, LLCs, or family ties mentioned, despite ~10-year relationship (dating back to ~2007). Forms are also patently incomplete. 20170309
4/20/2017 - Church marries Kathryn McKenzie after 10-year relationship. Marriage timing raises questions about pre-existing knowledge of McKenzie's LLC web (1995 cluster, ties to Burgstrom/Davis)—should have triggered immediate updated disclosures if any community property or influence existed.
9/2/2017 - Church's father dies.

10/29/2017 - Chuch signs a fully incomplete SEI 700 form. It's so bad another civil servant feels need to put his own information into Church's verifcation block.
