This website was started as part of a Public Document Audit into Monterey County District Supervisor Glenn Church.  This was NOT intended to be a Public Website.  Audits start on a word processing document but the details that were mis-stated and omitted became so numerous and complex, a website had to be created to track them all. 

Then, when he refused to acknowledge the acts of perjury and resignation requests, this "worksheet website" was cleaned up some to facts could be shared with others. 

That said, the pursut if this SEI 700 audit was not random. It was catalyzed by other bad bahavior of Church and his Staff 

From March 2023 to December 2025  Church and two of his three office staff engaged in evasive email handling that was extremly concerning.  Critical concerns about unjust activity were being conveyed and deflected (documented via 4 email strings). 

December 2025 - Church was issued a  Civile Demand for Transparency and Accountability with facts provided showing violations of numerous government codes for accountability and greater possible concerns.  When refusing, he acted like a King of the Kingdom, accountable to no-one,  raising larger concerns.  He invited complaints, which seemed odd given the behavior exposed should result in civil and possible criminal penalties, suggesting connection to oversight in conspiratorial way. 

A public document audit, including SEI 700 documents was initiated-- and that quickly spiraled into a web of deceit that coudl not be tracked via a single digital document. This website was created to be workbook for the audit and the problems just kept growing. 

What seems to have come out of the investigation this point reads like a "Six degrees of Kevin Bacon" theme -- reposited as  "Six degrees of Chur-en-ra" (short for "Six degrees of Church-McKenzie-Vierra" ) -- although it may eventually be better to refer to it as "Six degrees of  McK-ur-ra" for reasons apparent later.
