3/22/2024 - Church files DIFFERENT SEI 700 form with the state with reference to McMac Real Estate Partnership in a more organized manner.
At this time nothing indicates Church became a Partner in McMac during 2024. At this time it seems clear Church had obligations to clearly disclose this McMac partnership from his first filing.
A business entity search for McMac returned only one active match in the form of McMac LLC. That company was formed 12/26/1995 , it's current and the registered agent is "Neil Robin McKenzie, 4399 Morris Dr, Soquel, CA 95073" . There is no confirmation at this time this is related to Kathryn McKenzie and Glenn Church's disclosure, but logically it seems it would be. Because it is a private company we can get no more information about the partners that they do not want to give us.
If this is partly owned by McKenzie and/or Church, knowing who his partners are in something like this and ensuring we know all propertiese is critical to ensuring no manipulation -- yet this may be transpiring a lot with Politicians across the country at this time.
3/7/2024 - Church files incomplete documents with the County in a dis-organized manner. No Addresses or APN's are provided for properties, not property schedule is properly prepared. His 3/22/2024 filing done for the state was done far differently.
3/22/2024 - Just 15 days later, Church files a far more complete and more organized form with the FPPC and the state of CA. He has one entry to denote McMac and then a schedule of property. It seems odd it's still being done in the Investments, Income and Assets of Business Entites and Trusts vs the Real Estate Section but the form is generally better.
According to this Disclosure, this Real Property is worth a Minimum of $3.3 Million dollars and it could be worth a LOT more, with no upper limit, the way the disclosures are written.
A review of the APN Records shows the Tax Basis for 6 Commercial properties is about 13 Million with about 40 rental units.
NOTE: 21 Brennon St #16 is NOT included in the APN numbers and it's unclear if that is an owned property as well or if it's rented as an office. That is NOT the office associated with McMac LLC, but it is within 10 miles of that office. See McMac/Pajoran page for more commetary on this.
